Wordpress vs Blogger for SEO Friendly

Blogs are everywhere. It’s fun and it’s become a lifestyle. There are so many blog services out there from free and paid service. Personally I have tried blogger.com and wordpress.com. Those free blog are very interesting for me before I use my paid domain and hosting. And without knowing which one is more SEO friendly format.

Those place is where I can learn how to blog and find out which one is the best CMS. Till I choose wordpress system as my new blog. The reason is really simple. Because some people said wordpress is more SEO friendly.

Well that’s is one of important things if we have a blog. The problem is I don’t know anything about SEO and how to make my wordpress google friendly. Again, I have to learn by doing it. A few a day ago (June 17, 2009) I bought my domain (bootpress.com) and I installed my template and wrote 5 articles and published it.

From day one I added my url in www.google.com/addurl/ and tried to search my domain on google search engine and by June 19, 2009 I found my domain already on the top list of google search engine. I search the words bootpress and it’s on the top list from 16.100. It’s not that spectacular, but personally it makes me believe that wordpress has what people said “google friendly platform”

I have my other domain and website, it’s for my business. But it took long times to saw it in google search engine list. It’s a good domain but recently I didn’t give much attention on it.

From my experiences to make the blog more SEO friendly we have to be wise when we choose the CMS platform, and we have to choose the right name for our domain and of course we have to write a good article and avoiding copy the article from other bloggers. If you done with those steps than you can continue more deeper. You can start with how to pick keyword and how to use it. The important thing is how to make them can increasing your google adsense revenue if you have adsense on your blog.

That is the simple step for people who don’t know anything about SEO and want to make their blog SEO friendly. Keep posting and just posting quality content, especially content that can give other people find what their need and give simple solution. Not all people know about techie things.

So …if people ask me which one is the best platform for my blog the answer is  wordpress. I’m not an expert or pretend like one, the answer is from my own experiences and experiments. Happy blogging folks!!!

Updating:
Now this blog on # 2 of Google SERP from 39,700,000 using boot press as the keyword.
