Twitter’s 3 Big Mistakes
People will leave Twitter micro blogging network if they don’t fix their big mistakes. Many people and businesses use their user friendly interface. As a Twitter user I really hoping they will fix their mistakes.
Twitter gives limited characters when the users post an update. But Twitter gives the freedom to the users to send any kind of content. This will bring good benefit for some users. But this can be bringing a disaster for other users especially for the followers.
Twitter almost the same as email service, and we can learn from professional email service that has run their services for years. What they have faced before give a good example to give better services. And I see that Twitter still have some “leaks” on it.
1. Twitter allowing everyone to be their user without any screening. As long as the user name not taken yet, new user can use it. Some celebrities become the victims of this mistake. And the worst thing other user is believe in this “fake celebrities”.
2. Twitter doesn’t have an anti spam that can’t protect user from receiving spam from another user. Spam is really annoying for some user. Blocking or removing this type of user is easy. But it will hurt the community itself. By blocking the spammers will make users loose future customers or business partners.
3. Twitter doesn’t have good software protection. We can access our Twitter from PC and sometimes using Twitter service from our mobile phone. This is good feature but it can be a danger activity since Twitter doesn’t well protect their users. For example Twitter doesn’t well protect their user from viruses. I have read some article and said that people has attacked by some viruses from their Twitter account.
Good service is when people fill secure when using their services. Good service is when people fell comfortable when people using their services. People will leave it if their fell Twitter only give them annoying system an unsaved service.
I wrote an article about Agloco in my other blog before. I gave almost the same review before their gone. And the next month Agloco has gone as I predicted. I know Agloco and Twitter is different format and different era. I just hopping Twitter fix their problem as soon as possible and won’t disappear too since so much benefits using it.
