Making Your Members Loyal
Here is the next part of my previous post of New Face of Social Networking Media Is Today Business. If you want to read my previous post about this, here are the links: part 1 and part 2.
Now you have visitors and you are succeeded to make them became your new members. Next you have to maintain your members to keep them stick in your website.
These are some tips to make it happened:
1. Interesting Features
Make your social networking website has different feature than others website. This is little bit hard since almost every features has been using by others website. But you can make them better. For an example: you can chat, watch video and post a picture on facebook. Now you can try a different way, let say you make feature that make people can post a picture or text to facebook from their mobile phone without opening their website. They send them as text message or multimedia message.
2. Regular Gift
Give them a gift if they has 100 or 1000 friends or networks will be a good way to keep them loyal. People love you if they feel their efforts has been appreciated. That means you care about them and they will love you back.
3. Periodically Bonus
If you have big budget you can give them a periodicly bonus. Let say you going to give them $1 every 2 month for member who has 100 friends or networks. And $2 for every 2 month for member who has 1000 friend or networks. It will keep maintain their account and make them look for new friends also keep they coming to your website.
4. Run A Contest
You can run a contest or may be some different contest with big price or even free gift. Let them challenge their friends for money and for fun and run the contests periodicly. Another idea is let them submit their unique things (image or text) an let others member vote for them. Basically make a fun contest and of course let your website as their play ground.
5. Keep Updating
Keep updating your website, I mean give them a new activity. Run different contest for every 2 or 3 months. Give them different and better gift for the next season. Don’t make them bored with the same game, the same gift and the same situations.
Those are some tips to keep your member become loyal member. Spoil them with yours website.
